Gifted with an extraordinary entrepreneurial spirit, Isabelle Savard earned a BBA from Université Laval while directing her own small manufacturing company.
She moved into banking in 1996, first working as an account manager, then going on to become vice president of commercial financial services for another major financial institution. During this time, she worked directly with wealthy entrepreneurs. Thanks to her strong leadership and innovation, Isabelle doubled the revenue of her unit's portfolio. After having established a performance culture in her team, she transitioned to Private Banking 1859 in June 2012.
As Private Banking 1859's only executive from the banking sector, she works with National Bank to design original products and policies that meet the needs of her distinctive clientele. Thanks to her in-depth understanding of this market segment and over 20 years of experience in commercial credit, Isabelle Savard anticipates shifts and trends to maintain Private Banking 1859's position as uncontested industry leader. Isabelle also intends to offer exceptional operational excellence and service quality, whether in day-to-day transactions or when building complex financial structures.
A keen businesswoman, Isabelle is passionate about offering products and services tailored to each client’s needs. She particularly appreciates Private Banking 1859’s ability to react quickly and find solutions. To ensure her team continues to bolster her sales force, she focuses on sharing knowledge and skills. Isabelle is a seasoned speaker and gives regular talks on leadership in the banking industry and the role of women in the business world, with a special focus on those who, like her, have learned to reconcile their personal and professional lives.
